Returns & Exchanges.

In Store Returns

We have purposely built our store to offer our customers the opportunity to see and try our garments on in person before purchasing.

We do not offer refunds on items purchased in store but are happy to offer an exchange or credit note. 

Items must be brought back into store within 10 days from date of purchase and in perfect condition with labels still attached. 

In Store Sale Items

Sale items purchased in store are non refundable.

Online Returns

Hopefully you will love each and every item you purchase from us however if it doesn’t quite work out, don’t worry!

We offer a 14 day exchange and return policy on full price items counted from the day you receive your order.

Sale items have a 5 day returns policy counted from the day you receive your order, anything after that you will be given store credit.

Please note: All items being returned or exchanged must be unworn (tags still on), clean and undamaged. We will deny the return if any of the above apply and send the products that don’t fill our requirements back to you.

For hygiene reasons earrings and underwear are non returnable.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. We are not responsible for any lost returns.

Being a small business our stock levels are limited so keep in mind an exchange might not always be possible but we will try our best!

In the case of an exchange we will cover the cost of your new delivery.
